I am nearly finished Uni and I am thinking about doing one of those graduate trainee management programmes such as Aldi, tesco, enterprise Ireland. I have always wanted a job with authority and responsibilty. Has anyone worked in this area before? I know the hours would be long, but what job nowadays isn't? I always look at the faces of managers and they never seem to smile. There is a high staff turnover in companies such as Aldi.
