Is there a helmet that won't look so ridiculous on my oversized head?

So I have a large head (I suppose I have to fit the excess amount of sh1te that comes out of my mouth somewhere)

I've tried a few helmets that look fine on other people yet they look like a bucket on my head.
    Prowell Viper
Specialized Align (and a few other Specialized)

Is there any brand / model that might suit me?

    Thanks

I went for the Kask K50 when doing a similar search, not cheap but very comfortable and didn't seem to look as big as others...

I found the Bell Sweep didn't make my head look like a mushroom.
I've also a Giro Monza but I look like a Mario bros extra.

I have 2 helmets for sale that require an extra large head. I got them for my sisters while I was in China. They are going on a cycling trip in August and the helmets are good quality as well as affordable so picked them up along with shorts for them. They are size M/L but are massive altogether in terms of circumference. I'm selling the 2 for €30. I'll post up pics shortly if you like.
Edit: Here's the link to them on the adverts section of boards: http://touch.boards.ie/thread/2057234095/1/#post90930138
Note that I don't have the boxes as they were too bulky to bring home.

do you go out cycling wearing lycra/spandex? then you've obviously stopped caring what you look like, don't sweat it.

    Thanks guys.

It seems the helmets I've tried just sit way too high on my head.
My whole forehead is exposed but if I get someone with a non-ogre head to try it on it sits down on their head leaving about an inch from the bridge of their nose to the helmet exposed.
    My whole forehead is exposed.

And I've got the large version of the Specialized Align.

I tried a Lazer something in matt black and it was good so I bought it. About 60-70.
Perhaps try black, matt black, as I tried a white one too and it looked big.

The Giro Savant has an xl size that goes up to a 65cm, iv an awkward head size too and have found this by far the most comfortable helmet iv tried.

Those Cratonis are nice-looking all right, but awful dear at nearly €200

The Nutcase might be best. Have you actually measured your head, OP? Maybe you can buy a custom-made helmet?

I read somewhere that Irish people have the largest heads in Europe, most Europeans have heads one-eighth of the length of their body and Irish people 7.5, or something like that. Wondered if it was bad feeding or genetics.

Also: Google brings me here http://www.helmets.org/bighead.htm - list of helmets for large heads, with measurements given.

    Also: Bell XLP http://www.bellhelmets.com/en_eu/cycling/helmets/xlp/

I have never checked to see what I look like with a helmet on, never been near a mirror with it on, I am starting to get a bit paranoid now cos I have a big head, I have a BBB helmet, unsure what model, but its in large, and the guy in the LBS said it fitted.
