Broadfield rathcoole or ellensborough tallaght

    I'm buying a house and narrowed it down to either the older part of broadfield rathcoole or ellensborough tallaght
    Abit undecided whats a nicer area to bring up a family my wife thinks d two bed terraced houses look very rented and ellensborough looks like a nicer place to live but I think d older part of broadfield rathcoole is a better area
    Just wandering if anyone has any advise on these area thanks
