Red/Brassy Undertones

    Hi All,

A few months ago, I dyed my naturally dark brown hair a honey brown colour but the result came out with weird red undertones for some reason.

Now, regardless of what colour I dye my hair, this coppery undertone seems to appear. It's a weird gingery shade and I hate it:(

Does anybody know of any home product I could use to try and get rid of the coppery undertones? I bought an ash toner shampoo but it did nothing.

I can't afford to go to the hairdressers at the moment so that's not an option.

    Thanks for any suggestions :)

Continuously wash it with an anti dandruff shampoo and it should wash out within a few washes then You can put in a home dye. I find the john frieda foam dye to be the best or live color Xxl from Schwarzkopf. Make sure to buy a hair masque cream as your hair will be pretty dry from all the dying
