Are Littlewoods strict about their 14 day returns policy. I was working away from home and need to return something but it was delivered three weeks ago.

I would give them a call, they are usually nice enough.

Sorry to hijact your thread OP but I have a related question.

    I want to return a tablet I bought last October/November that's faulty.

I have a credit account and I'm wondering how it works.

I still have a balance left to pay on the account so if I return it will they just add the remainder back into my account?

What about the money I've already paid?

Could I not purchase something now and then return my tablet and will the full amount come off?

    Thanks!

Its likely they will want to determine what is wrong with the tablet and they will offer a replacement if appropriate.

It's faulty, has issues charging, get's really hot and stuff like that.

I might just ring them and ask.

    Thanks.
