Hi does anyone know where I can buy A4 size heavy weighted paper that I can use to print off text

Not your standard light paper in weight, the paper I require is a good bit heavier than normal printing paper

Anyone have any idea where I can purchase this ? Preferably in Dublin city centre as its the handiest, purchasing online isn't really an option

Just look for 'white card', available pretty much anywhere from '1 dolla long times' stores, to Easons.
You printer won't like anything at pr above the range of 160-280gsm, depending on the model.
Also it won't be primed for good photographic prints unless you x10 the budget.

If you are looking for heavy paper rather than cardboard, then 100gsm would be perfectly fine. The difference between it and standard 80gsm paper is more significant than it might sound

Thanks for the suggestions last month it was really helpful at the time

I'm also wondering now if it would be possible to get an a4 paper specially made or produced. So for example if you required a number of individual a4 pages to be thicker than the original standard thickness/thinness of A4 paper that you can purchase in retail shops in Dublin but without necessarily weighing more in weight or GSM in this case ?

Would this be possible no ?

surely if the paper is thicker it will weigh more?

how thick do you want it to be? I've seen paper up to 200GSM which would be very heavy indeed. Anything heavier than that would probably be card rather than paper.
