Hair Extensions

Sorry if covered before, but didn't want to bump. Bought hair extensions last week. They are real human hair, good quality and the colour is a perfect match. But...the little feckers dont stay in. I had them put in at lunch and they fell out. Went back after work and she put them in again....loosened by that evening. I can't manage to out them in myself. I know people say abotu backcombing but I just dont have the patience or skill to be faffing around with clips before work.

Any suggestions? I've heard mixed reviews wrt glue, kind of thinking about having them sewn in but someone told me that could damage my hair which is quite fine (I think this is why the combs dont hold).

Unfortunately with clipins, if your hair is fine the weight of them will drag them down and eventually out. You probably do need to back comb your hair a bit...even at the root where your clipping them in so give them something to stick too! You could also try and few bobby pins for extra security?

Also backcombing the hair hides any ridges or unnatural lumps and bumps. They take a bit of effort so many not the best idea if you're rushing in the morning!

Tried backcombing but they still come loose. I think a more permanent solution would be better. The pins are a good idea too, thanks! :)
