Hi, I've had a budget-controller meter for a few years now and I am no longer in arrears actually I've built up credit on my account. I would like to have the meter removed as not only am I not in arrears but my local token card supplier is no longer going to offer the cards from the 28th of July. How do I go about starting the process?

    Thanking you,
    Brian.

    Hi Brian,

Thank you for your post. Once you have three bills in credit then a removal can be ordered. If you send us a PM with your Electric Ireland account number, full name, address and contact number we'll be able to arrange this for you. Please also confirm if you are the account holder.

    Kind regards,
    Aoife
