FS: Trek Madone 3.1

Up for grabs is my 2011 Trek Madone 3.1 in size 58cm. Super light carbon road bike in fantastic condition. Comes with Shimano 105 derailleurs and levers. Cranks are SRAM Apex and brake calipers are tektro. Wheels were upgraded in 2012 to Mavic Ksyrium Elite, and have about 3,000 km on them. Michelin Pro4 tyres have done about 500km. Saddle has also been upgraded to a Specialized Romin and SPD pedals are included. Bike originally cost €1850 and wheels were €400.

This is a Trek's sportive geometry, so nice relaxed riding position. I used this on the Ring of Kerry a few times, and on a good few century rides. Total mileage is around 5,000km. Never raced or crashed/dropped. Couple of marks on the paint from taking it on and off the bike rack (See pics).

Selling now due to lack of use - I've only done about 1,000km on it in the past 12 months (compared to 6,000km on my commuter/training bike). Since getting into MTB, there's just not enough room in the house for all the bikes.

Just been serviced at Wheelworx, with Bottom Bracket, chain, cassette, brake blocks and cables replaced. Total cost was €250 and receipt is included.
