    Hi guys,
We are looking to give our kitchen units a makeover.
I know there are lots of threads on here about hand painting units, but I wouldn't trust myself with a brush to get a good finish hence the spraying.
The doors are a wood finish. We are hoping to paint it cream.
We are living in the Cork area.

    Be grateful for any recommendations.

We have certain types of wooden tables in work that we get sprayed by the local panel beater, try around a few places, they can spray them, if it worth their while they'll do it, and they finish really well.

    Tks for that.

Hi, I'm also looking to get my kitchen sprayed. I'm in Cork city. Are there any companies/contractors that specialize in kitchens or are panel beaters my only option? Any names and numbers of anybody that do it would be greatly appreciated-especially if someone has used them before! I really am clueless about this sort of stuff....!

I haven't found anyone doing the spraying of kitchen units. Have heard of a few people doing hand painting and it's supposed to be very good.
A carpenter friend reckons it's better hand painted, as if any unit gets scratched, it is easier to touch up.
He also has a guy that is going to give a quote on painting my kitchen units.

Most Painters&Decorators will spray kitchen units no problem. This is their trade and it is becoming a lot more popular as people upcycle rather than replace. Contact Johnstone's Paints in Cork and they can give you more advice and contact numbers for Painters
