and made chimney outside higher. I have 45 degree bend off top of stove into chimney breast then another 45 into flexi. anybody else have this promblem with these stoves????

Have you got permanent ventilation. A 30 KW stove will need decent ventilation.

yes have ventilation. big 5ft window open top and side and 2 doors . if there closed or open it still does it. great stove for the rads. I put a spinner on outside and it made things worse smoke alarm went off when re loading firing. I think theres a poltergeist in it

There's a few things that can cause this.
    Poor updraft or downdraft,fuel type
    Fluing arrangement , poor ventilation
You need to rule all these out
There's some info that might help

Thanks for your reply. When fire is lit theres no promblem with smoke its only when fire
dies down and your re loading it the trouble starts. The boru crowd said
about doing a draft test on chimney and see whats the
out come then. The flexi pipe is only new in
as are the 45 bends off top of stove and
in chimney itself and higher chimney pot
    outside.

Sorry I don't have good answer, except call professional installers for advice and visit.

Do you have a carbon monoxide alarm ?
If not get one for safety please.
    Their less than €30-00
    Thanks

Did you get it fixed.im haveing the same problem.i have 2×45 bends at the back and a meter of ridgit pipe and 6 inch flexible liner.much the same as your own.it heats the rads great.but its not safe to keep on useing it with the smokeing problem.

Hi i put opening off top of stove now. 6inch cast with 45 degree bend
then another bend inside chimney breast then vonnected
that to a 7 inch flexi pipe and pup a higher
    Chimney pot
outside then. It sorted things out a good bit
but i still have the same problem on and off
i also had another piece put on just inside the door
going across to see if the smoke would stop
puffing out vant say its working 100% but its stopping
some of it but now i have ran out of ideas.
great stove to heat the carraig mor 30kw. But
    smoking promblem an ongoing issue???

Just an update on problem with stove.I removed the 6 inch flexible flue and put back the reducer from previous stove and now it's working perfectly. I hope you get yours sorted.
