My balcony is not big (3.4 x 1.8m) so from what i understand I wont need breaks in it. I also plan on putting a raised composite decking above the sealant to meet the internal…

Hi all,

I am looking into sealing my balcony with spray on weather proofing. Has anybody any experience of using it, What solution have you used?

My balcony is not big (3.4 x 1.8m) so from what i understand I wont need breaks in it. I also plan on putting a raised composite decking above the sealant to meet the internal floor level/protect the surface (from stilettos etc).

Remember seeing some types at building shows but can not remember the type of material they used!!

Hi Have a a look at the fibreglass roofing stuff. Its supposed to do the best job on flat roofs so..............
