    Hi,

Where in Dublin are there open mic nights, and the like? I couldn't find a recent thread on this, or anything in resources.

    Thanks

Off the top of my head Mondays in Sin É, and there are ones on Sunday in the Mercantile and the Grand Social. There's also the Loft in Maynooth every Tuesday if you're willing to travel.

O'Donaghues on Suffolk street on Tuesdays
Apollo sessions on a Sunday night in The Bleeding Horse

Thanks. Would these be fairly informal? I haven't performed in over two years.

O'Donaghues on a Tuesday would be very informal
The Apollo sessions tend to have featured performers and then the "walk in" performers

    From their FB page
Another night of song and drink tonight at the Open Mic in Odonoghues Suffolk St. Anyone who feels like singing a few tunes just head in and stick your name down on the list. Starting at around 9 or so and going until 12. There's also whiskey and cokes and bottles of Corona for €4. Hope to see some of you there
