I'm tempted but worried about him bouncing off it . He will be reluctant to hold onto the handle !

How much will it cost with parcel motel taking into account the size? Still €3.95?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,731 ✭✭✭uli84

    Idiots, can't post-yeh, sure

a lot of companies will only deal with a single courier and not all couriers will deliver internationally, so it does happen quite a lot. i've had several amazon sellers won't even deliver to NI and cancelled orders on me.

I dont like the idea of using parcel motel. This will be heavy and might cost more than the item....

I think they have changed their policy on that now tho.

My sister got pictures delivered from the uk. They were too big for the drop off and cost €10 to get them brought to the local depot. Before it was free to get it brought to the depot

You are correct, they started getting too many oversized products so they changed the delivery process. I think if it doesn't fit into the drop off units you pay more. Before I used to be able to run over to Finglas and pick up items from warehouse but I dont think they allow this anymore....well they do but they charge extra.....

Got my trampoline today- parcel motel charged me no extra for the oversized package- they had to bring it down from dublin to limerick yesterday as well. Took a bit to set up but lloks great! Cant wait for my little boy to get jumping on it!

haha, you can keep it, i got a mug too! :p

although it was sent separately to the trampoline, so i got an extra €3.95 hit on it from PM.

it's gone up to €3.95 now.

i had to collect mine in the dublin depot, but it's only 15 minutes away for me, so no biggie.

i believe you can still arrange to collect oversized packages from your nearest nightline depot if you're outside of dublin.

Yeah it was 3.95 with no extra charge to bring it down to limerick. well worth it I think, even with the extra 3.95 on top of the £7.49 :)
