Renting a unit short term to work on a car?

We are a few buddys looking to rent a unit where we can work on our cars a bit. We will only need it for maybe 2 months. Going online daft and the likes we haven't found anything where you could just let a unit for such a short time. Anyone know of anything in the Cork area?

I needed units for short lets before and would always go direct to an Estate Agent who dealt mainly in commercial property. He was always in a much better position to say which units would be suitable. Drive around a few industrial estates etc and get some numbers.
