Some basic fare information is now available. Some trips may come up with the message "partial fares information available". Bus Éireann and independent operators are being added.

Any problems, let us / them know.

That is great, I'd love to see the same info make into into Google Maps/Transit, but I'm not sure Google Transit displays this information in any country?

Nice feature. Given the very complex array of tickets and Leap caps available, programming this to display every conceivable ticket option would be difficult. It would be useful in the absence of such comprehensive information to have a link to a general ticket info page at the bottom. Something along the lines of "Cheaper tickets may be available for this journey, depending on your travel plans. For more information, see *link*".

Two months after the demise of the Swilly, the app still doesn't show Northwest Busways in East Inishowen, despite my emailing them last June about it.

Next time I upgrade the app I will look for a big box of Saxa to go with it.

Transport for Ireland's app is not 100% reliable.

The updates / upgrades are done in blocks, not on the fly.

Why is that? Data changes shouldn't be considered upgrades in all but the most fickle of software.

What route(s)? Their website seems not to have been updated in 3 years http://www.foylecoaches.com/service.htm

It seems I have misspoken - "NJP data is updated daily as required. If a service has a licence to operate, it will be included on the fly.".

The routes are running as per the website. If the NTA couldn't be arsed to provide accurate information then let them to it.

An example of the NTA's nonsense. Get a taxi and then a bus.

How does it work if you want to go to Derry? ;)

Regarding issues with the app, it lists a stop in Lusk
    Station road(Junction with Church road)
Station road does not have a junction with Church road, it has a junction with Dublin road/main street. Church road is on a junction with Main street.
Then it has a stop Station Road(Dublin Road)....

Actually, just checked on the apps map,
it has Barrack lane confused with Church road...

The information in the NTA database is only as good as operators make it.

That level of information is coming directly from the operator themselves - in this case Dublin Bus.
