Is it reasonable to be charged the full rate for a senior stylist's work when they delegate 99.9% of the job to a Junior stylist so they can go and deal with another client instead of you? It has happened when I was late to an appointment and in that case I can't complain and totally understand, but otherwise..

I know the Junior stylists need the experience and may well be every bit as good as the Senior stylists. You're still paying for the services of a senior stylist, though...and they might only have combed your hair or glanced over your hair at the end :/ And t.b.h sometimes they're not quite as good as the stylist you booked in for but it's too minor a difference to want to make a show or complain about, or upset the junior who probably did their best.. it's just a disappointment really..
