Environmental Law - Text Book

    Does anyone have any recommendations for a good, relatively up-to-date Environment Law text book, that is relevant to Irish Law (as well as EU and Int'l)?

    Not read much on this, but these are two I'd recommend:
    Beyerlin and Marauhn, International Environmental Law, (Hart Publishing, 2011)
    and
    Chetan Jadhav, Indian Environmental Law (Amazon Digital Services, 2013)

    The latter I got very cheaply on Amazon, and it is a fine text albeit from an Indian Int'l perspective.

    well this is a looseleaf publication, but I would recommend the Irish Planning Law Factbook if you're not already aware of it. It's extremely pricey and even intimidating as a tome, so it's probably only accessible if you're at university or in the Law Library or another institutional library.

    An Introduction to Irish Planning Law (Grist, 2013) is an up-to-date introductory work. It's cheaper and less detailed, but very up-to-date.

    Both bring international and EU perspectives.

    Don't think there has been one in a while. This was a good one for a long while.
