Telling social I have Job in a few months

    I finished college in May and have been on the dole since. I have managed to secure a job but unfortunately don't start until the end of October.

    I have a meeting on 22nd with an officer guessing about my efforts so far job seeking. If I tell him/her I have a Job got starting October will job-seekers be stopped?

    No, they will simply ask you to let them know when you start. If anything it will get them off your back so it's a good thing.
