Hi I have a few questions....

I am a PAYE worker and will have a small CGT liability in the gain of some shares. How do I declare&pay this and what form do I use?

Also I may have to pay tax on rental income how do I do this ?

I have some plumbing repairs and door replacement needed on the apartment. Approx 3k worth - is this amortised this year or over 7. How do I declare a loss if expenses exceed revenue.

And one final one. I am looking at selling a property I inherited in 2007. How do I declare a capital loss to offset against any future gains?

    Many thanks !!!

Probably handiest to register for PAYE Anytime and do all online.

I would suggest you pay for professional advice rather than looking for it free, where you have no idea of the whether what you are being told is valid, or of any use to you.

    Also- stop blowing your horn.

You are obviously unfamiliar with this forum. Check out a few other threads and judge for yourself what approach is appropriate.
