Does anybody in here do any core conditioning or body awareness work with their dogs? Its something I've become really interested in over the last few months, and hope it will be beneficial to my dogs when the mushing season starts again in a couple of months. A lot of agility dogs do it overseas, but wondered if its done here in Ireland at all.

I do, mostly focused on rear end awareness right now. I have my boy keeping his front paws on a book as his rear end walks in a circular motion around. Haven't done too much else of late because I've gotten lazy lol.
