    Hi Guys

We would sent out alot of post weekly and would normally buy boxes of stamps but with the price of stamps going up next week from .60cent to .68cent we have to look at reducing cost on postage.

    1. Franking Machines. Anyone any idea on costs associated with the machines and is the saving on the stamps cancelled out by the cost to maintain the machines.

I will be meeting someone from Anpost next week but would be grateful for any feedback from you guys if you use franking machines.

    Cheers

We went away from franking Machines was costing 750 per Quarter. When we do large mailings, we have an account with An Post, drop post to sorting office and pay by Cheque for cost. we also qualify for money back based on certain Volumes of letters achieved.

I does depend on how convenient you are to a sorting office though.
