Office Space North Kildate - Short Term Use

Am looking for an office space for a friend thats staying with me. Its only needed for a week in August. He runs his own business abroad and wants to work the middle week of a 3 week break. Our place isnt suitable. Any Ideas? Not sure if something like that even exists.
