I work in a large office building that is having ongoing air con temperature and air quality issues, the employees complain about it either being freezing or too hot and the company go through a routine of sending in the air con technicians and they come back saying everything is ok. There are people with asthma and sinus problems suffering because of it, how would we go about getting an air sample and getting it analysed for mould etc independently to make a formal complaint?.
