Skirt for wooden shed

I have a 12'x10' wooden shed that's mounted on blocks so there is a gap between the bottom of the shed and the ground beneath. I want to hide this as it's unsightly. I was thinking of using roof flashing or something similar but that might be expensive. I only need to do this on one of the 10' sides as the other three sides are up against the boundary walls and a patio.
Does anyone have an idea of a cheap but smart looking stiff material I could make a skirt for the shed from? Preferably something that would stop cats from crawling under the shed to die (another story ).

    Cheers!

You need to maintain airflow to the wood under the shed, so do not block it off completely. Some simple low cost garden screening would do the job of keeping rodents and small animals out, while still maintaining airflow.

Why not put in some chicken wire with small mesh the whole way around. Anchor it some way and it should stop the crawlers, cats or rats.

Measure it and put some preformed shelving around the one side that is exposed. The other 3 sides that are hidden will allow air to circulate. You might have to change the shelving boards every couple of years.
I had the same problem with our cats 'living' under the shed. They like the fact that no larger animals can get at them.
