    Totally a personal choice; just try on a lot of different styles and see what works.
    Personally I'd go with a small but sparkley matching set of diamond earrings and single stone necklace.

    The dress is fab :) really really suits her. I know it is like diamonds on dress but I just love love love pearls. Newbridge silver have some lovely pieces. Its called grace kelly. You can get pearl and "diamonds" together. I would go for a simple pearl necklace, http://www.newbridgesilverware.com/occasions/wedding+jewellery/bridal+jewellery/item/VGK138092/grace+kelly+necklace
    drop earrings http://www.newbridgesilverware.com/occasions/wedding+jewellery/bridal+jewellery/item/VGK311/grace+kelly+drop++earrings or http://www.newbridgesilverware.com/occasions/wedding+jewellery/bridal+jewellery/item/VGK138094/grace+kelly+drop+earrings
    and a bracelet. http://www.newbridgesilverware.com/occasions/wedding+jewellery/bridal+jewellery/item/VGK138095/grace+kelly+bracelet

    Is hair going up or down? I wouldn't be into tiaras on me but it might actually really suit your sis.

    They are absolutely stunning in the flesh too :) I would advise going to a shop that has a large range go newbridge silver so you can try on a few styles!!

    Wow that's so stunning! Again as galway girl says it's a personal choice, but your sis looks like she can well carry off the boob tube style with no necklace as she's quite toned so in that case I always think that no necklace with a small classy earring - depending on her hairstyle of course, is fab. I think with a wedding dress - especially with the detail on the midriff, less is more and understated will look classier and won't date. I do also like the idea of a single stone necklace but I think that both necklace and earrings can sometimes take away from the bride herself/ the dress/ the hair/ natural beauty. If hair is up I'd wear a slight drop earring, if down a stud. You can get fabulous hairpieces that sit on the side for example that would tie in with the detail on the dress - that would be my preference over a tiara.

    Well the best of luck all sounds great! One piece of advice -the day of hair trial make sure she tries the dress on, hair can look totally different with the dress. Enjoy it :-)
