Inspections by Building Control Officers

    Hi, has anyone who has submitted a commencement notice had a visit/inspection by a Building Control Officer since introduction of new Building Control Regulations?

    we have had them arrive out on site on one job twice and we are only at ground floor slab level

    Yes. It will greatly depend on your location as LA's are not exactly flush with staff to check them all.

    we had no issues very competent contractor but they did check and walk every inch of the build
