Moving skybox within house?

I am living in a house share and democracy ruled that our sky sub was to be cancelled and replaced with the inferior UPC. I have my own tv in my room and wish to keep the sky sub as I was given the option of half price for 9 months.

How would I go about moving the sky box to my room? The dish is only metres away from my window. Is it a DIY kind of job? Any help would be appreciated.

Run a cable from the LNB on the dish direct to the Sky box (or 2 cables if a + box).

Would it be possible to drill a hole in the wall to run the cables from the dish?

Sorry but I'm totally ignorant here.. What's an lnb? The wires are coming out of the dish and around the side of the house. My window is at the rear of the house metres from the dish itself. It would be possible however I don't have a drill strong enough. Would an engineer charge much to do a job like this?

The LNB is that little box at the end of the dish arm.

I'm not sure how much a call-out would be, give a local installer a call.
