    Hi Lads,

Can anyone tell me whether this is the new B7 or old B6 passat?

That is officially known as the B7 but the reality is that the B7 is just a heavily revised B6.

its a B7. Why do you ask? If its a question about known issues etc you are as well off getting the engine series code too.

    The B7 is only a B6andahalf anyway.

I was asking as I knew that the B7 was introduced in 2011 and wanted to make sure that this car was the newer facelift.

    Thanks guys.
