Stray budgies/canaries found in Maynooth

Has anyone lost two budgies/canaries [not sure what the difference is?] in the Maynooth area? Two orange/yellow budgies have landed in my garden, obviously strays. I've caught one and the other, with a number on his/her leg is still flying around. Please PM me if you know who owns them. Thanks.
