I have an interview tomorrow with a Dublin based recruitment agency and am looking for any interview tips or secrets that may help me. I have already passed a phone interview and a personality test to get this far so I do have some rapport with one of the interviewers. Both the people interviewing me are female, not sure if that matters. Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Try and remain calm, be aware of your body language, firm handshake, consistent eye contact and smile!

There really aren't many secrets to doing well in interviews but all of the above would be fairly standard advice. It could make all the difference though!

Also, know your cv insisde out and try and consider some of the difficult questions they might have for you and think about what you would answer.

    Such as:

Where do you see yourself in x years?

What is your biggest strength / weakness?

What would you bring to the company if you were to be hired?

Why do you specifically want to work with our company?

What do you know about our company?

These can be tricky prospects for the unprepared so try and think out what you might say in each case.

Be presentable and punctual and research the company as much as you can before the interview.

Also, try and make sure you are fed and have used the bathroom beforehand.

Nothing worse than doing an interview on an empty stomach or a full bladder!

    Good luck! ;)
