Question about refund

    Hi All,

    So I bought a product from an online store five weeks ago, the product never arrived and the sender said that he considers the product lost and would either send me a new one using normal registered post or get a refund.. So I went for a refund, however since I purchased the product I got a new visa debt card (same bank and account). However the sender says he doesn't need any more details for the refund, is it possible for him to credit me the money without the details for the new card ?
