Irish rail train change inquiry...

Hi guys if someone could help me with this it would be great. I was due to take a train to dublin this evening but something came up so will have to travel in the morning. Do I need to book a new train ticket or can i use the ticket I have for todays train and pay a surplus- like the €10 pay to change train times... Thanks…

You would have to cancel the ticket and re-book a new one for tomorrow, you would have to do it before the departure time on your ticket. If its a return ticket , ask at the booking office if its open if they can extend it to an open return.
