Got the pump in Cycleways about 2 years ago. Still in good working order. Only works on presta valves. Got me to about 80PSI with a bit of effort. I don't gots the strongest arms so maybe it can put in more. Comes with the mounting bracket as well which screws into the bottle cage holes. It's 165mm long and extends to about 230 so a stroke of 65mm.

I found the book good for the basics of nutrition and weight loss. Mainly for cyclists and runners IMO. i've used a highlighter on the parts I found useful so it is marked but apart from that its in good condition. It's a paperback version.
