Cleaning implants

I've been trying to clean my implants and adjoining teeth with floss without success. The dentist showed my how, using that floss with the rigid end and it looked so easy but I just can't do it myself.
I was thinking of one of those power-washers which squirt water between the teeth and wonder if anyone has any experience of them.

Implants, just like teeth, will last as long as you care for them properly. This includes being able to floss around the implant. I would advise returning to the dentist who did the work, or else his/her hygienist for a review appointment, and make sure that you can physically use the floss by the end of that appointment.

I know you're right and thanks. I suppose I was hoping I wouldn't have to. I ordered one of those pressure washers on-line so I'll wait till it arrives and bring it with me for advice on its use as well.
