As it says on the tin. Pay 10euro a month up front and get as many tesco deliveries free as you want over the course of a month. Groceries orders have to be €50 minimum and you commit to 3 months of the offer so you pay 30 either in one go or 10 for three months.
It's a great deal for anyone who uses them more than twice a month.

    EDIT : theres a price guarantee :
With our Delivery Saver Guarantee, we'll work out if your plan cost more than you'd have spent on delivery charges, if it did we'll give you a grocery eCoupon for the difference.
Hard to argue with that really.
Though no doubt someone will try!:)

For feck sake, it use to be always easy to get free deliveries from Superquinn in the past, with there being codes almost every week. You use to even get a 20% voucher off every month or two!

Now that was a bargain, now we have Tesco looking for €10 per month, ridiculous!

Not really a bargain as it ties you to shopping at tesco every week to recoup your outlay as well as make any saving, just another cheap and nasty Gimmick like the Tesco Price Promise.

I often get free delivery emails from Superquinn/SuperValu or 10-20 off a spend of between €50-€100. I shop there regularly because of the attention my shopping gets and I know that goods will be as adveertised and there is no scam operating with weights being lower than advertised online! If I buy 600grams of oranges that is what I will get while with Tesco 600grams on the website = 500gram in the pack!

While I agree that shopping at Tesco every week is not prudent...

....it probably is a 'bargain' for anyone shopping at Tesco.ie 2-3 times a month currently, which was OP's original point.

that looks more like your buying a mobile phone plan than a delivery service <:o) might be good if you normally shop at tesco anyway....but otherwise forget it.

Well yes obviously it's only good if you use the service regularly, but plenty people do.:)
One example being people who get big 5lt bottles of water delivered regularly because they don't drink the tap water which is quite a common thing where I live.

That would be great for me, Its harder to get a 2.50 monday delivery than it used to be.

but I refuse to use DD. Have to see how you pay.

    Cheapest for me is e4.00!
Have to agree that this is not a bargain - just another loyalty gimmick

Plus I don't understand why they have separate plans of either pay monthly or pay for six months in advance in one payment!

When it costs the same amount either way!! Usually for things like this you get a discount for paying up front. Otherwise you would be much better off paying month to month so you could cancel at any time.
