Second Interview Tips

Hi all

I got called today for a second interview. I am so nervous. Any tips for when you get called for a second interview? It's not for another few days so I'll be as nervous as Merkel was last night in extra time. eeekkk

Ha ha depends what type of role it is really.

Depending on the industry the evaluations are very different.

It's an admin/PA role. Have four years experience doing this so hopefully it will work out.

Try and have different examples to the ones you gave in the first interview in case you are asked the same question and the same people/person is in the interview.

Yep - basically they will probably have you in front of a different person(s). In my experience its been HR member and Finance manager - then HR Director - Finance Director but basically the same interview.

So just reaffirm the good impression you already made and be confident and more specific in your answers.

Think of it like this. They probably have you in the final 2/3 from a list of 10/15. They already really like you and think that you are a fit for the role. So go in show them why your a fit for this specific role and keep thinking company culture - make them think you are a perfect fit.
