Your best bet is trying to reduce your exposure to pollen. Obviously trying not to head out on days when the pollen count is particularly high, or at least not in the early morning/evening when pollen is at its highest. Wraparound sunglasses can help keep pollen out of the eyes. Also various types of pollen are released at different times of the year e.g. tree, grass, weed pollen. If your hay fever is more associated with one of these types than the others you could try tailor your spins to avoid areas that have a lot of trees/grass etc. There are plenty of sites with other tips that may help e.g. http://www.hayfeverexpert.co.uk/PracticalTipsToPreventHayFever.html
