It seems there are lots of new forms of learning to fulfill CPD requirements such as webinars and Personal Development Plans. What form of learning is best, do you think to develop your own skills?

CPD stands for continuing professional development. Its also called continuing professional education or a variant of this, depending on your skills base or field of study.
