    Hey guys .
I have a 10 year old car that has been pretty much ignored when it comes to cleaning. It's been kept in perfect mechanical order but the paibt and interior could do with some recovery work.
There are light rust spots coming through on the bonnet and over the rear side panel.

It's it too late to stop the rust? Cold it be polished out ? Any tips with recommend product would be much appreciated.

Rust can't be polished out. What you need to do is sand off any loose rust (and any paint under which the rust has gotten) and apply a product like Bilt Hamber De-Ox. After this, the area can be painted again.
