So where can you actually book a last minute holiday? All the websites I'm looking at regard last minute as two weeks + from now.

But I want to go tomorrow for 6 days have a budget of between 300/400 euro.

Where is the best place to look or go about booking it?

Just go to Ryanair's website, choose a destination you want to go and select an hotel and work away from there!

Would also be interested to know if there are still websites offering true last minute bargains aswell, going to Ryanair for it just means paying full price for everything.

Tried this already to a few different destinations.

Flights alone will come in around 400/500 euro

Found flight and hotel deal. €313 for flights to Malaga with Aer Lingus. Stay in Hostal La Molina in Costa del Sol for 6 nights.

    All of that for €416.

Ya seems ok, would I be better to just ring a travel agent in the morning and see is there any last minute deals?

Probably wouldn't give it to you that soon I think. Worth a try though but I doubt it would be possible. Just look up lastminute.ie and search by date.

BudgetTravel.ie is good for those, too.
I'd recommend calling them rather than using a website.

Lastminute doesn't seem that good tbh, nothing in the next month for under €600 and most stuff is a grand, what happened to all those deals you used to see for €400 assuming you were prepared to go to the airport at 2am etc?

Go in to a travel agents, its the easiest way to do it...can be hit and miss I have got some really good bargains to very nice places, but also ended up with a cheap holiday that wasn't great in terms of accommodation and location. Go in to the travel agent on a Friday looking to travel the next week or even on a Monday looking to go the next Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I would go in rather that call them. Click and go have some cheap enough holiday if you look under special offers, provided you are not too fussy .
