Choice-based letting - South Dublin County Council

    Hi all!!!

    Has anybody on here been offered or has accepted accommodation from sdcc on the choice based letting scheme? It sounds great but i'm a little hesitant as I don't have much info regards lease length. Are the properties with a landlord via the council? Or are some of the properties directly council owned? Any info would be great thanks! :)
