Getting suncream off metallic paint

    Hi,
Looking for a bit of advice. The kids have helped redecorate both of our cars with suncream handprints. Both cars have a metallic finish and the suncream seems to have penetrated the surface of the paint. Have tried a few of the usual paint cleaning/polishing products and tar removers but no success. Any help in getting the suncream off would be very much appreciated.

Iv used safe cut on my car works great getting rid of it. A machine Polish would get rid of it too.

A Machine polish is usually the only proper solution.
