    Hi Guys,

I'm totally new to this. I'm just looking for some advice. I have recently graduated from college and I am now applying for the job of my dreams. Its in health care. My dilemma right now involves the references section on my CV. Whilst in college I worked as a health care assistant for a brief period and due to my own stupidity I was dismissed. I was caught wearing my uniform outside the workplace which was against the policy of the organization. Anyways to cut a long story short I am now applying for a new job with the same organization but its with a different department. I now fear I may be black listed!! Is this a possibility? Also on my CV I decided not to refer to this health care assistant job in my CV, however it was my last job and won't my perspective employer get suspicious when they look at my p45 and see I didn't mention that I worked at the place in the past?

    Any advice would be appreciated!
    Many thanks

    Two options really:

Keep quiet hope it gets lost.

Come clean; hope someone values your honesty and gives you the benefit of having matured a bit.

    Not really a legal issue.
