Would it be possible to fly to a city in Europe and go on the beer for the night, stay in a host and fly back to ireland on 200 euro?

Many countries aren't as sad as us and close shop at 2AM. Keep a country like that in mind.

So Feardark, get a one way ticket to a European city - this excludes any city on the island of Ireland - and then get drunk on the remainder of your 200 euro.
