Transfer money from Switzerland to Ireland

I have recently sold my 1/2 of an apartment to my ex. I am due to receive my 10% back i invested (about CHF 100k)

I raised this amount from savings in Ireland and savings from working in Switzerland over 4 years. I paid tax the whole time i was there and need to pay about 10k tax for selling my half.

I am wondering about transferring this money back to a savings account in Ireland. Am i liable for any costs associated with this money ? I don't believe i should be as it's all been savings from a taxed income. Will the revenue ask questions when they see this money coming in ?

    Thanks for any advice.
