Can you work the 19 hours over 3 days

just got a letter for the gateway work program, but im just wondering do you have to work the 19 hours over 5 days or do them over three days , thank you

you should be able to your 19.5 hours ( not inculding breaks ) over 3 days

But from what I heard gateway is some places people are working week on/ week off 39 hours one week then your off a week.

I recently finished the Tus scheme, im not sure how similar gateway is to it but i used to work two and a half days per week to make up the hours
