    Anyone know if the same security of employment apply when on a one. Is it easier / harder or the same to terminate the employment of a person on a scheme. Reason I ask is I have been offered one I like in a day centre but I have discovered only now that someone who I don't get on with is in a management position there. Don't want to turn it down but I think ther might be difficulties with this person.

    Go for it and if threy treat you unfairly, report them.
