Response time following interview

I had an Interview yesterday and understood I would hear form them today if I was to make it to the second round but have not had any communication at all, either by phone or email?
Should I make any conclusions from that, good or bad?

I wouldn't make any assumptions one way or the other after waiting just one day, was it through an agency or the company directly?

It was with 2 managers and I sent my CV directly to them, its a fairly small business.
I just hope they haven't given offers of 2nd interviews today and then rejections to come tomorrow

its hard to tell with companies, managers get sick or otherwise occupied, I went for a job interview once and they said they would let me know by the end of the week, didn't hear anything and started another job, 4 weeks later they phoned to offer it to me

leave it til Monday afternoon if you don't hear then give them a call or drop an email.

Emailed her yesterday and got a Rejection this morning.

Feel like I don't want to bother applying for anymore, that was my 6th interview and 6th No
