Code wouldn't work online for me so I phoned my local store and they took my order over the phone and applied the discount that way.

Yer man said there was a problem with this discount code and it wasn't working for everyone.

    Make your own Pizza.

    - Mozzarella:
1 You have a choice where to buy your Mozzarella. Either cheap(€1),medium priced or high enough (€3), but worth it.
    2 Then buy flour,etc.
    3 Buy some more cheese
4 Other toppings if you want.
5 put the flour, etc into a mixing bowl, then you must get the air out, then put the pizza dough you made in a warm place for at least 2 hours (the dough will rise)

then get a piece of dough, roll it out. add a bit of virgin olive oil, cheese, mozzarella, etc.

put it in a pre heated oven for about 5 minutes

    Make your own Pizza.

Just worth noting, best to use 00 flour (zero zero) or "strong" flour for the dough. You'd need yeast also.

I eventually started half baking the base, then adding toppings, then another 5 mins in the oven to get the perfect, crispy base.

    1. Buy a buffalo
    2. Rear said buffalo on at least three acres of land.
    3. Wake at six every morning to tend to buffalo
    4. After one year, get a.....

.......some people just want to buy ready made pizzas that are delivered straight to their door. It's a multi billion euro industry.

    Hey guys,

Look, your totally right, and sometimes its easy, cheap, fun, etc to buy some fast food pizza, ok ...

but at the same time, you can make pizzas better than theirs for half the price and they're good for you, etc.

Once you make your own pizza, with fresh ingredients straight from the store, theres no going back to frozen/takeaway pizza's IMO.

As you said, much healthier, cheaper and tastier.

Does not work online. Local shop would not accept. Bad form by apache

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,497 ✭✭✭omahaid

Voucher didnt work for me so I used my 50% off one on dominos, strange setup apache have, lost business from me anyway.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 66 ✭✭metrostation

Must be some sort of scam, tried to order online and voucher code was not recognised. Rang the store itself and the manager hadn't even heard about this deal, don't waste your time trying to order this.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,678 ✭✭✭jjbrien

Would not work in Blanchardstown either so I just ordered dominos with a code here from bargain alerts :)

Its best to use Tipo flour to make your own

Same problem here, wouldn't work, wouldn't accept over the phone. Put the problem in the special notes asking the manager to detuct. Got a call from the manager (Ashbourne branch) to say there was a problem with the code but could offer me €3 off a €40 order:(. Come on apache

It's definitely working from the Galway city store, might be a local store only thing. Sorry folks!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,161 ✭✭✭cubix

ahh its grand but there was nothing on the page to say it was only applicable to certain locations. Its not available now so cant really check.

Either way will be avoiding Apache Pizza deals in future.

Pizza wasn't great. Wings not nice. Garlic bread was just bread. Fanta was alright though
